Will Zimmer
BACKSTORYRaised in a "real estate family" in Richmond, Virginia, William Zimmer attended The College of Charleston. Beginning his career in Charleston he started a clothing line and opened a successful clothing boutique and barbershop. Zimmer sold his interest in 2015 and moved back to Richmond and launched into real estate sales with Long and Foster. His hard work, charisma, and true passion for his business has helped William's reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise. William specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first timers, trying to score that perfect distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market, he knows and has experienced it all.
A native of Richmond, William is an enthusiastic member of the community. When he is not working he enjoys painting, golfing and spending time with his wife Melinda and daughter Teaghan.

Growing up in Richmond's West End, the youngest of three siblings, we were always on the go and lived very active lifestyles. Both of my parents worked for their employers for over 40 years, which is almost unheard of these days, but taught us all the importance of loyalty and dedication to their craft. After eighteen years in retail management and banking, I've come to know the significance of building client relationships and friendships. Real Estate has been the next step in giving my new and lifelong clients a much more personal experience, where I can cater to their exact needs while helping them with one of the biggest investments of their lives. I'm the proud father of two middle school age children, who both share my passion for the outdoors. We enjoy biking, hiking, duck hunting, fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with close friends, family and our two Labs, Brooks and Hank.
